By accessing or using KiwiFin (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KiwiFin is an AI-powered voice expense tracking application that allows users to log, categorize, and analyze their spending through voice commands and text input. The Service is currently in beta and is provided “as is.”

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Use the Service to track expenses other than your own

5. Beta & Pre-Launch Terms

KiwiFin is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and functionality may change before the public launch. Early access members who join the waitlist may receive lifetime discounts as advertised, subject to the specific terms of the promotion.

6. Intellectual Property

The KiwiFin name, logo, and application are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KiwiFin is provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or financial decisions made based on the information in the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
